Who We Are
Phil Rehel
Being a member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) as a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) is of great pride. After performing inspections on residential and commercial property for approximately 15 plus years, the most rewarding aspect of my work is the ability to educate individuals with some of my knowledge on to all my Clients.

Construction and home renovations have been an interest and passion of mine for well over 40 years, and as an inspector I have the ability to demonstrate to the Client the deficiencies and the strength of the property of interest. Further to that, with my experience, any deficiency I observe I can provide the Client with an appropriate recommendation to remediate the issue at hand.

Beyond the work life, I enjoy spending time at my camp with my wife and enjoying every minute I spend with my grandchildren.

Aaron Rehel
A recent Associate member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) working towards his Registered Home Inspectors (RHI) designation, Aaron has recently decided to join the family business. Further, Aaron has a B.A. in Geography and a minor in Environmental Studies from the University of Ottawa with a graduate certificate in Environmental Assessment and Site Remediation from Cambrian College and he continues to get updated through continued education throughout the University of Toronto.

Using his working experience and seeing multiple methods of constructions, as well as various building materials utilized and specified, Aaron has the ability to provide very thorough critiques and solutions to any building.

When Aaron is not under the wing of his father, he enjoys staying active by playing squash, helping local organizations by coaching football or going for a hike with his two dogs.
